The 2024 IIDA OHKY Annual Chapter Planning Retreat is in the books! Our Chapter leaders gathered in Yellow Springs, Ohio to plan our next year of all things IIDA. Day 1 was packed with travel, insightful discussions on Life-Centered Design with Interface, and some fantastic team bonding. This retreat is our opportunity to gather Chapter Presidents, VPs, and City Center Directors to plan an amazing year ahead. Day 2 we had energizing discussions on professional development, outreach, communications, and laying the groundwork for an exciting 2025. From a boardroom to a charming dairy farm our meeting spots were as diverse as our ideas. Our final day was packed with discussions on advocacy, membership, Chapter Design Awards, Student Conference and setting goals for the year ahead.
